Faraj Family Assistant is a private family Telegram bot operated for personal household use.
Information received
The bot receives Telegram user identifiers, display names, captions, and files that approved users voluntarily send to it.
How information is used
User information is used to authorize approved users, process uploaded files, classify documents, and organize files in the owner's Google Drive.
External services
Telegram delivers messages and uploaded files. Ollama Cloud may receive document text and image files for classification and metadata extraction. Google Drive stores files when processing succeeds. These services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage and security
Application records are stored in the application's database. Google OAuth tokens and API keys are stored as private deployment secrets. The bot uses an allowlist and does not intentionally log document contents.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. Files are retained in the owner's Google Drive until the owner deletes them. Application records are retained as needed to operate the bot and prevent duplicate processing.
